- Prevent abuse or fraud
- Resolve disputes
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Support information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted in accordance with applicable requirements and ordinary mailbox-management practices.
14. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, processing associated with OpenGram may rely on one or more of the following grounds:
- Processing necessary to provide functionality requested by the user

17. Children's Privacy
OpenGram is not specifically designed, directed, or marketed to children.
Use of Telegram through OpenGram remains subject to Telegram's terms, Telegram's applicable age requirements, and the laws of the country or region in which the user resides.
If a minor uses OpenGram, any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law should be obtained.
OpenGram does not knowingly operate a separate developer-controlled database intended to collect personal information from children.
Because OpenGram does not control Telegram account registration or Telegram's underlying infrastructure, Telegram's own age requirements and privacy practices also apply.
If the OpenGram developer becomes aware that personal information directly controlled by the developer has been provided by a child in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps may be taken to delete or otherwise appropriately handle such information where required.
18. User-Generated Content and Third-Party Content
OpenGram allows users to communicate with or access:
- Telegram users
- Groups
- Channels
- Bots
- Mini Apps
- Websites

- Telegram users
- Group administrators
- Channel administrators
- Bots
- Mini Apps
- Websites
- External applications
- Payment providers
- Other third-party services
Their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and data-processing practices may apply.
OpenGram's ability to display or provide access to third-party content does not mean that Lev Shachin or OpenGram endorses, operates, or controls that content or service.
You should review the privacy practices of third-party services before providing them with personal, confidential, financial, or sensitive information.
